URBAN RENEWAL

Urban renewal projects are not a new concept. Renewal projects are planned worldwide and are finally becoming a common approach in Israel too. Israel suffers from high density and a low un-built sites balance. Considering these aspects, urban renewal becomes extremely important. We do not have any more open space to exploit, yet we do have plenty of neighborhoods that were built decades ago, that suffer from neglecting and are today at a overall bad condition.

These neighborhoods are a significant part of Israel's real estate future. They offer a huge renewal potential inside the existing cities, as they lean on existing infrastructures.

Anderman Architects in collaboration with "Enav entrepreneur", "T.N.A" and Hadera municipality are involved today in several urban renewal projects in different stages of planning. The future is nearby and we are very happy to be playing an active role in designing it.

Site area: 21000 sq |   2950 apartments

Architect in charge: Adi Cohen | Project Management: T.N.A | Entrepreneur: "Enav"
