YH9  the project is located in one of the most occupied business districts in israel. it is a mixed use building offering a variety of functions that contributes to the existing street. the project hold commercial facilities, offices, short term appartments and a floating open floor up high that acts as an urban balcony, connects between the different functions and and allows the building to seem light and natural.  urban renwall, reuse and sustainabilty are issues in the front row of univerasl discussions  our vision is to bring to life our beliefs about the strength of urban mixed use and its ongoing effects on urban renwall.
