URBAN RENEWAL

Urban renewal is not a new concept. Such projects have been developed worldwide for many years and are finally becoming a common approach in Israel as well.

Israel faces high population density and a limited supply of undeveloped land. In this context, urban renewal has become increasingly important. There is little open space left to develop, yet many neighbourhoods built decades ago now suffer from neglect and are in poor overall condition.

These neighbourhoods represent a significant part of Israel’s real estate future. They offer substantial potential for renewal within existing cities while benefiting from established infrastructure.

Anderman Architects, in collaboration with Enav, T.N.A and the Hadera Municipality, is currently involved in several urban renewal projects at different stages of planning.

The future is close, and we are pleased to play an active role in shaping it.
