Serene

Perched above the picturesque cliffs of Beit Yanai, this serene vacation home is our third project with the same clients. With each collaboration, the dialogue becomes more intuitive, the trust deeper, and the result more precise.

The house is shaped by its extraordinary setting and the uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean Sea. Rather than competing with the landscape, the architecture was designed to settle quietly into it.

The entrance level is located on the upper floor, where the communal spaces open toward the panoramic coastline. The living areas, kitchen, and terraces are positioned to make the sea a constant presence throughout the day.

The private rooms are located on the lower floor, creating a more intimate and protected environment. The primary bedroom and its outdoor terrace still enjoy open views toward the water, forming a peaceful retreat within the house.

White exposed-concrete ceilings, terrazzo floors, and stone walls create a restrained and calming material palette. Louvers provide privacy, filter the intense sunlight, and allow soft natural light to move throughout the interior.

The result is a house defined by quietness, light, and the horizon. A place where the atmosphere of the beach and the dramatic coastline become part of everyday life.

בית הנופש השקט ניצב מעל מצוקי בית ינאי, בפרויקט שלישי עם אותם לקוחות. עם השנים נוצר תהליך טבעי יותר, המבוסס על אמון עמוק והבנה מדויקת.

קומת הכניסה העליונה כוללת את החללים המשותפים ונפתחת אל נוף הים התיכון, כך שהאופק נוכח לאורך כל היום. החדרים הפרטיים מוקמו בקומה התחתונה, בסביבה אינטימית ומוגנת יותר, אך גם חדר השינה המרכזי והמרפסת שלו נשארים פתוחים אל הים.

תקרות בטון חשוף לבן, רצפות טרצו וקירות אבן יוצרים פלטת חומרים מאופקת. רפפות מסננות את האור, שומרות על פרטיות ומחברות בין השקט של הבית, החוף וקו האופק.
