Vertical

The compact dimensions of a small plot in a dense part of Tel Aviv called for a different kind of home: one that develops vertically rather than through the horizontal arrangement usually associated with private houses.

Each floor has its own program, atmosphere, views, and openings. Yet none of them exists independently. The levels remain visually and spatially connected, allowing movement, light, and daily life to flow continuously throughout the house.

Together, the separate floors form a single vertical living experience, adapted to the density of the city without giving up openness, privacy, or a sense of space.

המגרש הקטן באזור צפוף בתל אביב הוביל לתכנון בית המתפתח לגובה, במקום בפריסה האופקית המזוהה בדרך כלל עם בתים פרטיים.

לכל קומה פונקציה, אווירה ומערכת פתחים משלה, אך המפלסים נשארים מחוברים זה לזה מבחינה חזותית ומרחבית. אור, תנועה וחיי היומיום זורמים לאורך הבית כולו.

כך נוצר מרחב מגורים אנכי אחד, המותאם לצפיפות העירונית מבלי לוותר על פתיחות, פרטיות ותחושת מרחב.
