Gravity
A random afternoon. A three-year-old child and his father are sitting on the carpet, playing with wooden blocks. The child places a red block on the edge of a yellow one. His father laughs and says, “Sweetheart, it won’t hold. Look, it’s unstable.” The child smiles and lets go. The red block immediately falls.
The father smiles and says, “Come, I’ll show you how to make it stable.”
Another random afternoon. Several decades later, the child is now grown, sitting in an office with a new set of blocks. He places a white volume on the edge of another. His father is no longer there, and neither is the carpet. Gravity, however, has yet to be conquered.
After all these years, the grown child knows that this time he is ready. He can place the upper volume on the edge of the lower one and make sure it remains there: solid, steady, and secure.
Metaphorically, we could say that the circle has been closed. But we are all about blocks.

אחר צהריים אקראי. ילד בן שלוש משחק בקוביות עץ עם אביו ומניח קובייה אחת על קצה האחרת. האב מסביר שהמבנה אינו יציב, והקובייה נופלת.
עשרות שנים לאחר מכן, אותו ילד יושב במשרד מול מערכת חדשה של "קוביות". הפעם הוא מניח נפח לבן על קצהו של נפח אחר, אך כבר יודע כיצד לגרום לו להישאר שם - יציב, מוצק ובטוח.
אפשר לומר שהמעגל נסגר. אבל מבחינתנו, הכול מתחיל ונגמר בקוביות.
