The project is located in one of Israel’s busiest business districts. It is a mixed-use building that brings together a range of functions designed to contribute to the life of the existing street.

The building includes commercial spaces, offices and short-term apartments. High above the street, a floating open floor acts as an urban balcony. It connects the different uses, creates a shared public space within the building and gives the overall structure a lighter, more open presence.

Urban renewal, reuse and sustainability are at the centre of contemporary architectural discussion.

Our vision is to demonstrate the strength of mixed-use development and its long-term contribution to urban renewal. By combining different functions within a single building, the project remains active throughout the day and supports a more diverse, lively and sustainable urban environment.

הפרויקט ממוקם באחד מאזורי העסקים העמוסים בישראל ומשלב מסחר, משרדים ודירות לשהייה קצרת טווח, במטרה להוסיף פעילות וחיים לרחוב הקיים.

בגובה הבניין תוכננה קומה פתוחה ומרחפת המשמשת כמרפסת עירונית. היא מחברת בין השימושים השונים, יוצרת מרחב משותף ומעניקה למבנה תחושה קלה ופתוחה יותר.

באמצעות שילוב פונקציות שונות תחת קורת גג אחת, הבניין נשאר פעיל לאורך שעות היום ותורם לסביבה עירונית מגוונת, חיה ובת־קיימא יותר.
